We have an immediate vacancy for an

Automated Stretch Wrapper Sales Manager

for the South of the UK to continue to develop and grow this strategically important division of the business.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently or as a team to achieve targets Positive, productive, proactive attitude Naturally curious, with ability to identify customer needs and requirements Strong presentation skills, able to present with quantified value in mind Technical sales experience with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets on a regular basis Willing to travel within UK, Ireland and Italy A problem solver, open minded to finding the right solution Experience of undertaking a site survey Report writing skills Full Driving License Knowledge and experience of end-line packaging machinery, with particular focus on automated pallet wrapping Desirable Skill:

Knowledge of the automation industry Experience of Autocad The Role:

Reporting directly to the UK General Manager, this business critical role is responsible for growing sales of their automatic stretch wrapping machine and solutions, for the South of the UK. Devise and execute a territory sales strategy, to deliver growth of the business in new and existing customers, across multiple market sectors. The role is tasked with building strong and long-lasting relationships with key customers, channel partners and OEMs at peer-to-peer levels through mutual planning and understanding. This is done through the establishment of a solid understanding of the competitive market to realise how best to acquire and retain high-value customers and partners. Establish and develop rigorous processes to provide the business with ongoing and continually updated target customer and opportunities. Regularly assess and report key trends and requirements through key customers and market insight. Facilitate cross-functional engagement notably Marketing & Product Management, R&D, Project Execution and Aftersales to align goals and approaches that facilitate smooth achievement of customer objectives and drive overall performance. Responsible for maintaining CRM and reporting back on KPIs to measure performance, as well as provide accurate pipeline and forecasting. Report back to the business on market intelligence, competitor activity and other key insight gathered. Full product training will be provided. Package:
