Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Aerospace team as a

Sales Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for managing direct accounts and distributors within a defined business sector area. The focus will be on maintaining and growing the sales volume, revenue, and profit of these accounts by working closely with sales, technical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the aerospace industry, while enjoying the potential for personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with established and prospective Direct Accounts & Distributors in the Aerospace sector. Identify and create new sales opportunities (customers and products). Support and coordinate new product introductions to customers and distributors. Participate in the monthly planning and forecasting process. Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions. Travel to customers, distributors, and events (approximately 50% of the time). Essential Qualifications/Experience

Education : A Business, Marketing, or Science Degree. Experience :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. BSB sales or customer consultation experience. Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering markets (particularly Aerospace or Metals sectors) is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with relevant software tools.

Ability to use initiative, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. Strong strategic focus and insight. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and processes. Achievement-driven with exceptional time management and leadership skills. Strong analytical capabilities. Personal Attributes

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. High attention to detail and professional approach in all work interactions. Demonstrates commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, meeting tight deadlines.
