Sales Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to work for an innovative market leading business based in Northamptonshire. Salary up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
The organisation has been in operation for over 15 years and is seen as one of the most established companies within their respective field. They design and manufacture on site but supply to clients situated throughout the whole of the UK and even Europe.
To support the growth of the business and to deal with the amount of work they have forecast, they need to appoint a Sales Manager on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales within the company and head up the department. You will work closely with an Estimator, but your role will be to ultimately deal with incoming enquiries and convert as many of them into sales. This will be a role based on site, and you will be expected to tour potential customers within the factory with a view of winning the work. There could also be some work regarding going through historical dormant data with a view to regenerating them and turning into revenue-yielding customers or accounts.
Ideal Requirements: Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar Previous experience in selling construction-focused products/projects
