Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the contract recruitment, executive search, executive coaching, recruitment software, and outsourced HR services. As the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving field, making a real impact on businesses and their HR strategies while collaborating with our team of STEM industry experts.

Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for contract recruitment, executive search, executive coaching, recruitment software, and outsourced HR services. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the skills and tools needed to meet and exceed sales goals. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, including recruitment consultants, managers, and company directors. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored HR solutions. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to ensure our services remain relevant and competitive. Revenue Generation: Drive sales through identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling our services, and negotiating contracts with clients. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our contract recruitment, executive search, executive coaching, recruitment software, and outsourced HR services to effectively communicate their value to clients. Sales Reporting: Create and maintain sales reports, tracking progress against targets, and providing regular updates to the executive team. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including HR, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of our services and customer satisfaction. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring that marketing materials and campaigns effectively support the sales effort. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the HR or staffing industry. Strong understanding of contract recruitment, executive search, executive coaching, recruitment software, and outsourced HR services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership abilities with experience in team management and development. Analytical mindset to assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including recruitment consultants, managers, and company directors. Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field (MBA is a plus).
