Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Managers to join our dynamic team. As a Global, National, Regional or Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base across various international markets. Your primary goal will be to grow revenue streams by building strong relationships with healthcare organizations and contractors wishing to become franchisees, promoting our platform, and securing long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share globally.

Identify and prospect potential clients, including promoting to businesses, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our platform to potential customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the senior management team.

Qualifications:

Business Administration, Sales, or a related field experience.

Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the global medical contracting market.

Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
