Main Responsibilities Create branded collateral to agreed templates using information provided by Purchasing / Technical to support the sales function and/or for website publication. Create / tailor graphics to support the above as required. Create weekly updates for in-house information screens of companywide news and developments. Research data for website insight articles and linked social content. Source relevant imagery to accompany articles. Job Description With the business growing, we’re seeking a talented junior administrator to support the sales & marketing team, working closely with both the Marketing and Purchasing departments. Primarily involved in the adaptation and/or creation of documents to support the sales cycle (product datasheets, delivery documentation, presentation edits etc) with associated graphics, it is about accuracy and ensuring Eland Cables brand compliance. You will need an eye for detail and a willingness to learn about the products we supply. Weekly updates to information screens will need identifying, designing and uploading, sharing key company information, latest news, and product information to support internal learning. Supporting the wider marketing team with research and data collection for website articles, insights, and social content is also included – with the ability to draft accompanying content welcomed. This is an ideal role for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to develop professionally within the company, be it in Sales, Purchasing or Marketing. Requirements Essential: Degree-level qualification and/or equivalent working experience in B2B environment. Strong English written skills. High attention to detail. Hands-on, can-do attitude – this is a fast paced, small team where everyone is accountable. Requirements Desired: Experience in InDesign very beneficial (but full training provided). Industry and/or electrical engineering experience welcome.
