to support our Head of Growth & Partnerships in driving lead generation and executing high-impact marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in
B2B and B2C sales strategies
, campaign execution, and using cutting-edge marketing tools to scale a fast-growing health tech company. What You’ll Do: Assist in
lead generation
by identifying and researching potential B2B prospects. Support the execution of
email marketing and outreach campaigns
to drive engagement. Utilise
CRM and automation tools
to track leads and optimise sales workflows. Help build and refine
marketing funnels
that convert leads into Elevate members. Analyse data from campaigns to
improve performance and refine messaging
. Collaborate with the team to develop sales assets, decks, and outreach materials. What We’re Looking For: A proactive, analytical self-starter with an interest in
sales, marketing, and tech-driven growth
. Comfortable using (or learning) tools like
Pipedrive, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-powered sales assistants
. Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft
persuasive sales messaging
. A passion for
health, wellness, and the future of proactive healthcare
