We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness. This is a key role where you'll bring your expertise in sales and marketing to help grow our rapidly expanding agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences Create and manage content for digital platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies Plan and manage promotional events, webinars, and trade shows Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure consistent branding.
Experience and Skills: Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or combined role (5+ years preferred) Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, tools, and best practices Proficient in CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Creative problem-solving abilities and strong organisational skills.
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
