Sales & Marketing Manager Motorcycle UK & IR

to join our Goodyear team. In this position, you will: Lead sustainable business and brand activation in the designated area of the United Kingdom & Ireland. Be a key member of the Motorcycle Team in setting overall business direction and contribute to team capability development. Develop a high-performing organization and drive aligned values and behaviors across responsible business areas. Deliver defined Motorcycle business objectives (volume, Mix, Net Sales, EBIT, SOM). Implement and execute Market Value Proposition and Sales Projects. Ensure the usage of company Sales and Marketing tools by the team. Lead and execute local Motorsport activities (Track Days, Road Racing Championship, and Motocross Championship). Develop and execute the UK & IR Motorcycle strategy and execute in-market to deliver defined business objectives (volume, Mix, Net sales, SAD, EBIT, SOM). Build relationships with key customers while executing distribution and brand strategy. Lead the annual Motorcycle AOP business planning process to develop the annual business targets and associated strategies and plans in alignment with the Motorcycle Management. Be a key member of the Motorcycle business Team with regular communication on a regional level. Fully participate in the development of long-term business strategies and associated plans. Drive the aligned values and behaviors within the Motorcycle organization. To join our Team you will need: At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (extensive Motorcycle Tyre Management experience would be a plus). Proven experience in team management. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). P&L management - budgeting, action resolution, and demonstrating new business opportunities. High-level experience in contractual negotiations and ability to represent GYDU to board level. Ability to develop Annual Operating Plans.
