Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business Coordinating property valuations and listings Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers, and other relevant parties Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way Enjoy working in a team environment A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually Experience would be an advantage but not essential Obtain a full valid UK driving licence My client would consider someone with no property experience This Sales Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long-term career prospects. Monday to Wednesday 9am to 7pm Thursday 9am to 8pm Friday 9am to 6pm Saturdays 9:30am - 5pm (Every third weekend off) Salary range will be:
