Alexander Steele Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading estate agency based in West Lothian. Due to a period of exciting growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Negotiator to contribute to the team.

The role: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for conducting viewings, maintaining relationships and striving to achieve the best result for clients. The successful candidate is tasked with completing property questionnaires, providing feedback to sellers and managing the offer process.
Key responsibilities: Managing the full sales lifecycle from listing properties to closing Promoting property listings by posting on social media regularly Attending client meetings and conducting property viewings Maintaining frequent contact with clients to ensure they are kept updated Refreshing listings regularly to experiment with different styles Attracting buyers who have a property to sell Filming presenter led videos as required
Candidate requirements: The business is looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within Sales. Estate agency experience would be beneficial but non-essential. A strong sales background Excellent communication skills and presentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
