Sales Negotiator . The role will involve all aspects of estate agency including face-to-face meetings, dealing with clients by phone and email, showing properties, and general office duties. We sell and let prime residential properties for discerning clients; therefore, the successful candidate will be personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. An interest in property and knowledge of the local areas are important. Responsibilities: Engage in face-to-face meetings with clients. Handle client communications via phone and email. Show properties to potential clients. Perform general office duties as needed. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of B2C sales experience in a customer-facing setting. Excellent written and spoken English. Confident and mature telephone manner. Friendly disposition. Ability to work under pressure and be highly organized and efficient. Full clean driving license and own car. Hours:
9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 5.5 days per week including some Saturdays (Saturday hours 9am - 1:30pm). Benefits include: In-house training.
