Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a junior to mid-level Sales Negotiator to join a small, friendly real estate agency. This role will also include valuations; however, experience in this area is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s sales negotiating experience and be looking to progress their career further in estate agency. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Registering new applicants and conducting both sales and lettings viewings Negotiating and qualifying offers Liaising with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers, etc.) Dealing with phone and email enquiries Keeping all admin records up to date Reaching personal and office sales targets Hours: 9 am to 6 pm – 5 days per week – Monday to Saturday (day off in lieu)
