£17,000, Excellent car allowance £4,250 and Pooled & Personal commission

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify applicants and conduct professional and effective property viewings. Ensure all applicants are thoroughly and accurately qualified. Provide timely and constructive feedback to vendors and applicants in line with company standards. Prepare and manage the production of sales documentation within company guidelines. Keep vendors consistently informed of all negotiations with prospective buyers. Attend and contribute positively to weekly branch meetings. Regularly liaise with management regarding any issues arising from managed properties. Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs. Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and networking abilities. Strong customer service skills, with a client-focused approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A full UK driving license. Own car (minimum 4 seats).
