On offer is a base salary of

GBP22,000

-

GBP28,000 per annum , depending on experience with an

OTE of GBP35,000 - GBP40,000

About the role:

As our

Sales Negotiator , you will expertly manage the property sales process and deliver exceptional results for our clients. Working hours are Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm and Saturdays: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (with a day off in lieu, though not necessarily every week).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle enquiries promptly through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Schedule and oversee property viewings for potential buyers.

Facilitate offer negotiations to achieve successful sales outcomes.

Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors, and mortgage professionals.

Provide clients with regular updates and resolve any challenges that may arise.

Offer and promote additional services, such as mortgage solutions and conveyancing support, to enhance the client experience.

Prioritise tasks effectively to meet sales goals and deliver within set deadlines.

Proactively generate new opportunities for property valuations to support business growth.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance at all times.

About you:

You will be a proactive and results-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales and property environment. To excel in this role, you should have a proven background in property or estate agency, ideally with 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Negotiator. You will bring outstanding communication and customer service skills, along with a flexibility to accommodate Saturday work. You will need a genuine passion for the property sector, as well as

a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
