Responsibilities: Secure the sale of new homes to achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets. Utilise sales tools, promotions, and incentives, to manage all sales proceedings including regular contact with customers regarding contract exchange deadlines to ensure these are achieved and customers are kept fully informed throughout the buying process. Record all visitors' sales and sales of optional extras, providing feedback and reports regarding visitors' sales and proceedings. Liaise with the Site Manager regarding sales and production issues on site. Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed regarding customer access into the construction areas of the development. Compile competitor reports to include selling and selling prices, providing feedback to management as and when required, in accordance with the requirements of the business unit sales manual.
