you’ll be responsible for: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will be providing them with exceptional customer service and answering their enquiries both in person and over the phone. Writing quotes for our customers. Following up on customer enquiries to win business. Managing a ledger of customers and expanding sales within the ledger. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
