Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Vendors and applicants ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties. Your main duties will include: Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential buyers with their perfect property. First-Class Customer Service: Delight Vendors and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way. Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants' needs are expertly managed. Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes.
