The Role This Estate Agency near Finsbury Park in North London is looking for a Sales Negotiator, or someone looking to become a Sales Negotiator. Character is more important than anything to gel with the team. To thrive here you need to be a team player, care about delivering great customer service, have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organise your time well. Development is key and you'll be working and learning with the team who will take you under their wing. The Client They are a multi-branched estate agent in North London who have been established for years and have plans to grow into other areas of the market. The team in this office could not be a nicer bunch for you to get involved with as a Sales Negotiator. They enjoy socialising outside of work, as well as the Summer and Christmas work-dos. What to expect Vet and register new applicants Organise and conduct viewings Negotiate offers Progress sales Help the sales team where needed Package £20k - £25k basic and £40k OTE (depending on experience) in Y1 3 month guarantee Travel costs covered 5 day working week (each Saturday is worked but you get a day-in-lieu) 21 days + bank holidays Team socials (team bonding is important)
