What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Negotiator:

Communicate with potential vendors and buyers, arranging viewings to match their requirements. Negotiate offers and finalise sales agreements, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both vendors and buyers, providing exceptional service. Market properties effectively, utilising your creativity to appeal to prospective buyers. Focus on generating new business while building repeat customer relationships. Actively canvas the local area to increase visibility and generate leads. Ensure properties are compliant with health and safety regulations at all times.

What We're Looking for in a Sales Negotiator: A team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative environment. A reputation for providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, approachable manner. Capable of working independently and taking initiative when required. Excellent telephone skills and clear communication. Strong IT skills, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
