Assist in sourcing and assessing information to establish the open market value of properties. Legal Coordination:
Coordinate with our legal team throughout the property acquisition process. Stakeholder Liaison:
Liaise with surveyors, agents, and finance providers to streamline property acquisitions. Sales & Lettings Communication:
Communicate effectively with agents in the sales and letting process. Legal Process Monitoring:
Monitor the legal process with our solicitors. Certification Management:
Keep up to date with certification requirements for our rental portfolio. Rent Management:
Monitor rent payments and plan rent review periods. The Ideal Person: Experience in similar role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident with computers and skilled in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Excel.
