Sales Negotiator
to join their busy team.
Experienced Sales Negotiator wanted! A candidate with excellent selling skills and who is keen to build a career in Estate Agency with a well-known, highly visible and highly regarded local brand.
We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated and have the necessary attributes to be a champion of residential property sales. You will currently be working in estate agency and be capable of spotting valuable business opportunities, building excellent interpersonal relationships.
You will be smart, well-presented, well-spoken, articulate, have an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means, as well as a thorough understanding of the residential sales process.
The Company:
Our client is an Independent Sales agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Kent / Surrey area.
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
Previous residential sales experience essential
Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
High level of customer service skills
Great telephone manner and positive attitude
Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Sevenoaks and surrounding area helpful
Full UK Driving License essential
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
