Sales Negotiator £30,000 basic, with uncapped commission - excellent earning potential. (On Target Earnings (OTE)**: £65,000+, with some team members earning up to £110,000) Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, (working 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm) Leeds, LS15 Goodmove is a well-established and highly respected property buying company regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We specialise in quick property sales across the UK, offering a professional and ethical service to homeowners in need of fast solutions.

We are now looking for a motivated and hardworking Sales Negotiator to join our team and play a key role in making a difference for our vendors.

The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will handle warm enquiries from potential sellers, offering expert advice and guiding them through the process of achieving a quick sale. From the initial call to completion, you'll manage every step with professionalism and care, ensuring each client's needs are met with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Following up on warm leads generated through advertisements. Answering inbound enquiries and building strong rapport with homeowners. Educating clients on the quick-sale process, ensuring transparency and trust. Managing the property sale process from initial contact through to completion. Preparing and sending out offers to clients, ensuring their understanding and agreement. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions. Communicating with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction. Handling objections and negotiating effectively to secure positive outcomes. Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience. Supporting the team with additional sales and administrative tasks as required.

The candidate: We need someone who is: A self-starter with a hunger to succeed. Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Has proven experience in sales (property experience is a bonus but not essential). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Someone who can connect with clients and build trust quickly.
