Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on a high volume scheme? Our client, a 5* housebuilder, is looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to deliver their product on-site near Wantage, Oxfordshire! This is a permanent role, and you will be working on a busy sales and marketing suite.
This company is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a supportive but high-quality environment! The developer has a great pipeline of land in the area, so there is longevity in the role.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 with a realistic OTE of £55,000. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Tuesday/Wednesday as your day off and 1 weekend off in 4.
You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive, and be self-motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!
Using your previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting customers on site Taking customers' details and qualifying their requirements Dealing with incoming sales enquiries Taking customers on viewings Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
