A great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a busy sales team in Woking. A minimum requirement of one year of experience is required, and applications from forward-thinking and ambitious individuals are encouraged. Responsibilities:
1 year Sales or Lettings Negotiator experience
Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
Good people skills
Passion for selling houses
Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all client files are updated
Deal with property owners' queries verbally and in written form
Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
Must have a driving license
Must live within a 30-minute drive from the Woking Office
