Sales Operations Analyst. This role involves providing essential internal support to the Sales Department as well as other teams in the development and execution of processes and solutions. The position also includes participation in global projects and contributing to the establishment of sales operations policies in collaboration with the team. Working closely in a team-oriented environment, the analyst will support the Sales and Marketing departments in their day-to-day tasks and act as a liaison to the IT department for specific technological matters. and a proven background in Software as a Service (SaaS) environments. Key Responsibilities

Develop, design, and interpret reports to provide insights and actionable recommendations across the organization. Identify, address, and resolve operational challenges while optimizing systems, processes, and infrastructure for scalability. Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy in numbers and reporting across systems. Provide training and education for users on internal applications and deployments, ensuring best practices. Document and update processes and onboarding materials as required. Work across various departments to ensure smooth collaboration and effective solutions. Contribute to diverse projects as part of the Sales Operations and Business Operations teams. Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar position with a strong record of product or service launches. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver quality outcomes in fast-paced settings. Hands-on experience with go-to-market strategies. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a capacity for cross-functional collaboration across global teams. Analytical abilities to gather, interpret, and use data for informed decision-making. Expertise in

Salesforce
