Job Title: Sales Operation Manager (maternity cover – 12 months) Location:

Guildford, hybrid – Guildford 1 – 2 days per week What you’ll be doing: Ensuring Sales Process is running smoothly and efficiently by liaising with relevant teams and in line with compliance. Contribute to a culture of Sales Excellence and champion Sales Change. On-boarding Sales & BD community onto Business Winning Platform. Management of Sales Compensation Activities. Drive improvements to Sales Process and Technology. People manager responsibilities. Your skills and experiences: We are looking for a candidate who is pro-active, a good communicator, and listener. The ideal candidate will be good with people and have some experience of line manager responsibilities. Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial but not essential. This role provides an exciting, fast-paced environment with opportunities to build strong networks within Sales & BD and be a people manager for future talent of Digital Intelligence. You will also become a subject matter expert in the Digital Intelligence Business Winning tool and champion Sales Excellence. Why BAE Systems?
