Assist the Sales and Partnerships team in achieving strategic objectives. Work alongside the team to enhance the quality and impact of sales analytics and presentations. Deliver CRM insights and performance metrics to the sales team. Optimise promotional placements across newsletters, media, and retail platforms. Oversee the seamless onboarding and execution of new partnerships. Provide support for sales event planning and coordination. Work with external training providers to up-skill the sales team. Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data teams to simplify and unify reporting workflows. Engage with teams like product, marketing, compliance, and PR to align goals and outcomes. Minimum Requirements: Proven track record in a sales operations or sales enablement. Familiarity with CRM systems and data visualisation tools. Confidence in curating high-quality content while maintaining output levels. Strong organisational and communication capabilities. Ability to manage complex priorities effectively, with excellent attention to detail. A curious mindset, eager to explore new challenges and grow outside of your comfort zone. Self-starter who identifies areas for improvement and drives changes proactively. Collaborative team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
