As the Sales Operations Manager, you will ensure operational excellence at all stages of Sales Process: from campaign planning to closure and transfer to delivery. Your key focus will be on three directions: end-to-end process excellence, enabling data-driven decision making and demand generation efficiency. As a qualified expert you will be responsible for

Sales Process Excellence: Develop and maintain a set of processes, policies and governance practices for Sales and adjacent areas. Ensure the process is being properly used across the organization, help leadership team to identify and fix issues in its execution. Orchestrate Sales cadence by organizing regular review sessions within the team and reporting progress to the management. Identify, track and fix inefficiencies, mitigate their impact and apply preventive measures to avoid them in future. Data and Analytics: Perform product ownership over CRM as a technological backbone of Sales Process. Ensure data integrity, consistency and trustworthiness across CRM and other IT systems. Develop a portfolio of analytical reports and dashboards to ensure visibility and enable data-driven decision making. Demand Generation: Define Demand Generation process, toolset and best practices to ensure steady in-flow of leads into the pipeline. Oversee Demand Generation team activities on a day-to-day basis, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure efficient integration of the DemandGen team with key stakeholders. We’re looking for you if you have

Previous experience of managing Sales operations in international business environments is a must. Experience of working in Sales, Sales Operations or closely related areas. Deep understanding of the Sales process and related concepts is a must. Experience in managing sales or sales development teams will be a big plus. System thinking and analytical mindset. Deep understanding of business and financial management. Ability to identify issues, conceptualize and implement solutions in practice. Strong leadership and communication skills. Demonstrable ability to fluently communicate in English both verbally and in written. Demonstrable ability to work with stakeholders across multiple cultures, time zones, and corporate functions. Ability to apply scientific, data-driven approach to operations management. Ability to think out of the box, applying creative approach towards unexpected roadblocks and limitations. Strong team management skills, ability to select, motivate and grow people. Degree in Management, Economics and/or MBA will be a big plus. Previous experience of work in major international corporations and/or Big 4 consulting firm will be a big plus. Experience in IT Services industry will be a plus. What’s in it for You
