Sales Operations Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our GPU-as-a-Service sales organisation. Your expertise in pipeline management, sales enablement, and performance tracking will be instrumental in scaling our AI infrastructure sales. By optimising processes, enhancing pipeline visibility, and providing actionable insights, you’ll directly influence our growth and success in this fast-evolving industry. What You’ll Be Doing Sales Process & Pipeline Management

Lead the charge in owning and optimising our sales pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and visibility. Design and maintain metrics that illuminate conversion rates, pipeline health, and deal velocity. Work hand-in-hand with sales leadership to implement a cadence for pipeline reviews. Monitor deal progression and flag ‘at-risk’ opportunities. Keep data pristine and processes sharp, enforcing CRM best practices with precision. Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain executive dashboards that highlight sales performance at a glance. Analyse key metrics such as win/loss rates, sales cycle length, and revenue forecasts. Build custom reports to track team and individual performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive success. Ensure our team is always equipped with the data they need to succeed. Manage and enhance HubSpot configurations to fit the evolving needs of our sales team. Create and develop playbooks, workflows, and automations that streamline efforts and amplify results. Act as a coach and trainer, onboarding new sales talent and ensuring their operational success. Implement and optimise sales tools and technology stack. Performance Management

Track key KPIs like MRR, ARR, and SQL conversion rates to measure and drive performance. Develop and maintain sales quota tracking and manage compensation calculations, and associated reports, with precision. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align efforts and maximise impact. About You Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales operations within B2B technology. Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub. Strong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in data visualisation and reporting. Proven track record of designing efficient processes and driving adoption. A solid understanding of cloud infrastructure or AI/ML services sales. Preferred Experience Experience in GPU or AI infrastructure sales operations. Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). HubSpot certifications. Experience with sales forecasting and capacity planning. Understanding of AI/ML workloads and infrastructure requirements. Technical Skills Advanced HubSpot and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. Experience with BI tools, data visualisation platforms, and sales enablement platforms. Please Note:
