As a Sales & Partnerships Consultant, you will be pivotal in expanding our client base and matching businesses with the tech talent they need. Key responsibilities include: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the tech sector and related industries. Client Engagement: Initiate and develop relationships with decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and position Corecom Technology Academy as their trusted partner. Sales Strategy: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in our CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, training, and marketing teams to align client requirements with our talent pool. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role (B2B experience is highly desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. A natural ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
