Job Summary:

Our partner, a dynamic IT reseller, is looking for a driven Sales Representative with a passion for sales and technology. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with at least one year of sales experience who is eager to grow their career. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting a wide range of IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Prospecting & Sales Development:

Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.

Conduct research to understand client needs and tailor product offerings to match.

Set and achieve sales targets, actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Account Management & Customer Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing questions, providing updates, and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Keep clients informed of new product offerings, promotions, and relevant industry developments.

Product Knowledge & Consultation:

Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.

Provide knowledgeable consultations, helping clients choose the best solutions for their needs.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to effectively position the company’s products in the market.

Sales Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM.

Generate regular sales reports and update the Sales Manager on progress toward targets.

Use feedback and insights gained from clients to contribute to sales strategies and product development.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.

Ambitious and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales career.

Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of IT products and solutions (training will be provided).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, primarily based in the office with occasional travel to meet clients as needed.

Competitive base salary with a commission structure based on sales performance.
