Remote Working

Basic £25,000 plus commission £45k OTE

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Our client is a market-leading estate agency looking for an experienced sales progressor. They will consider a property negotiator who deals with their own sales progression.

Role Responsibilities

As a Sales Progressor, your primary duties will include:

Oversee the entire sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed at all times. Maintain files for each sale and complete all necessary administrative tasks. Act as the sole point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. Coordinate with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to facilitate the sales process.

Skills And Experience Required

Proven experience as a Sales Progressor or a Property Negotiator handling sales progression. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work hard. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
