Are You Our Next Developmental Regional Sales Manager? As a Developmental Regional Sales Manager for the Windsor region, you will collaborate closely with the current Sales Manager to gain the expertise and skills needed to excel in this role. Over a three-month developmental period, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to prepare for a successful transition. Upon completion of this phase, candidates who demonstrate readiness will be promoted to Regional Sales Manager and assume full responsibility for leading the Windsor region independently. Reporting directly to the Zone Manager - Motor Vehicle Industry, this role will be instrumental in strengthening our relationships and driving growth within the territory. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Strategic Partnerships : Build and foster partnerships with automotive manufacturing facilities and their suppliers, driving profitable growth across your region.

Market Assessment : Assess our business position in real-time to keep us ahead of the competition.

Business Planning : Develop and execute a sound business plan and activity roadmap tailored to your territory.

Sales Execution : Lead and drive all Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI) sales processes and strategies to meet targets.

Customer Satisfaction : Elevate customer satisfaction across all MVI accounts with responsive and solution-focused service.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to align strategies, share insights, and support shared goals, ensuring that our efforts to drive growth and customer satisfaction are cohesive and well-supported.

Innovation Introduction : Be the ambassador for introducing new products to MVI customers, showcasing customer-specific value.

Market Feedback : Provide insights and feedback on product needs and competitor activity to our Product Marketing team.

Account Development : Grow existing accounts and secure new partnerships, expanding Atlas Copco’s reach.

To Succeed, You Will Need: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT/ Computer Science, Communications or related field preferred.

Sales Experience : 3+ years’ experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Sales Engineering, Automation Sales, or Industrial Tooling Sales preferred.

Technical Aptitude : Strong technical skills required to engage with clients effectively.

Travel-Ready : Willingness to travel as required within the specified region, with the capability for national travel and limited international trips as required.

Strong Presentation Skills : Ability to present material to customers and have value-based discussions with all stakeholders.
