As a Medical Sale Representative (Endoscopy), you will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry by assisting with the selling, promoting, and marketing of our products to a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will take part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. Stryker’s iSuite platform is a customised, integrated operating room ecosystem, designed to increase safety, operational efficiency and patient and staff satisfaction. Responsibilities Develops and maintains outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth. Cultivates new sales opportunities alongside the Regional Sales Manager, planning and executing a quarterly and annual business plan, identifying existing revenue streams, and driving acquisitions across the territory. Deliver training sessions and workshops on the use of our Communications products to nurses, healthcare practitioners and surgeons. Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and support in the operation and use of Stryker’s Endoscopy Communication products. Learn to record details of customers and maintain a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly and monthly goals, prioritising and allocating resources to effectively grow your territory. Attend surgeon training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events such as educational conferences to promote and give visibility to the company's products. Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development. What you need Demonstratable Sales experience, ideally within Medical Devices. A valid driver’s license. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with clients. Must be comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments, although no prior experience is necessary. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce. Comfortable using sales CRM systems. Experience in Capital sales is preferred. What do we offer in return?
