As a junior sales representative, you’ll dive into daily office coaching and upskilling sessions. You’ll be the face of our clients in three festive campaigns: B2B, B2C, and holiday events. Key Responsibilities: Participate in daily office meetings and coaching sessions filled with holiday spirit. Rock residential sales and chat face-to-face with customers, helping them find the perfect gifts! Represent clients like a pro and keep that positive vibe going throughout the season. Deliver top-notch customer service and make holiday magic happen. Team up with your crew to crush those sales targets and celebrate your successes! Requirements: Strong communication and people skills? Check! Self-motivated and goal-oriented? Yes, please! Ability to work independently and manage your time? Absolutely! Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days a week, with hours from Monday to Sunday (no fixed rota). Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not required. No formal qualifications needed! Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the UK (valid visa if needed; not all visas allow subcontracting).
