We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our client's vibrant team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and maximise new and existing sales opportunities, manage big accounts and play an instrumental part in the maintenance of relationships while ensuring excellent customer service at all times. As a reliable team player with a can-do positive attitude, you will contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of our busy office environment and become a part of an incredible close-knit successful, growing team. What you'll do:

Provide exceptional service to customers, meeting and exceeding organisational standards Utilise a consultative sales approach to recommend products that best suit customer needs Identify upselling opportunities and promote associated products and services Deliver product information and quotes promptly via phone and email Follow up with customers to ensure timely decision-making Handle customer and supplier inquiries professionally Effectively manage accounts, addressing customer needs and resolving any issues Maintain accurate records of customer communications and opportunities Gather and record customer product information to drive future business Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to deliver superior customer service Achieve sales targets and contribute to annual objectives What we're looking for:

Previous experience in customer service and sales, handling inbound and outbound calls Proven track record of exceeding targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Strong verbal, writing, and listening skills Team player with the ability to build positive working relationships Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations Well-presented, punctual, and flexible Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various systems Why join us:
