the Sales Representative , you will be responsible for telesales and consistently engage in outbound calls for sales purposes, effectively closing deals over the phone. What you’ll do: Maintain the existing client database and develop new growth business opportunities. Market and promote the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients. Conduct negotiations with potential customers. Act as an ambassador of myPOS at fairs, exhibitions, and local business networks. Ensure customer service and satisfaction. Provide after-sales support. Prepare weekly and monthly reports based on the management’s needs. Maintain clients’ files using the company CRM. Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability. What you bring: 2+ years of experience in a similar position. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset. A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence. Experience in the payment industry will be considered a strong advantage. Experience in a telecoms retail outlet or similar will be considered a strong advantage. Fluent in English.
