What you’ll do day to day
Contact customers by telephone (inbound/outbound) and by email to review current finance agreements
Maintain a high level of finance product knowledge
Focus on achieving a high retention
Provide exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals
Maintain good housekeeping standards, accurate customer records, and orderly administration of your work
Support our One Customer journey by working alongside our Aftersales team, selling Service Plans and liaising for a great customer experience
