branch is currently recruiting for a

Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist.

In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of plumbing and heating products, taking a proactive approach to help drive this part of the business forward. Responsibilities and Duties Grow the customer base. Provide quotations for customers. Purchase materials and manage stock levels for the category. Deal with customers both face to face and over the telephone. Give excellent customer service and sound product advice. Take a proactive approach to plumbing and heating sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale. Qualifications and Skills Sound plumbing and heating product knowledge is essential. Previous sales experience in a plumbing and heating merchant environment or a builder’s merchant environment is essential. Confident dealing with customers. The ability to build great customer relationships. A good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Computer literate.
