Sales Supervisor
to manage our new department that focuses on sourcing and supplying products such as tools, construction materials, and equipment for handymen and contractors. This role will involve overseeing daily sales operations and managing our online sales platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok. Responsibilities: Team Supervision:
Lead a small sales team to ensure smooth operations in sourcing and supplying construction-related products. Sales Management:
Oversee sales on Amazon, eBay, and TikTok, ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date. Customer Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C clients, handling any customer issues or requests efficiently. Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels, ensuring products are available for sale and that orders are processed quickly. Performance Reporting:
Track and report on sales performance and key metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary. Supplier Coordination:
Work with suppliers to ensure products are sourced at the right prices and delivered on time. Qualifications and Skills: Experience in sales management, preferably in construction products or tools. Knowledge of online sales platforms like Amazon, eBay, and TikTok. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
