Some Key Tasks/Accountabilities Process incoming enquiries, including inputting of sales orders onto the system for export and the UK. Creating quotes and supply agreements. Marketing support, desktop research, identifying & engaging key stakeholders and campaign support. Appointment setting and diary management. CRM management including inputting, task setting & follow ups and visit reports. Inbound and Outbound calling, client focused. Occasional client visits to support the sales team. Preparing and running reports for customers, ensuring customers complete their monthly consignment stock take, replenishing stock via sales order and issuing corresponding sales invoice. Job-sheet and picking note generation. Raising various sales-related documents, including export and the UK and shipping documentation, certificates of conformity, dangerous goods certificates, job sheets for despatch, credit notes etc. Understand local shipping, customs and legislation requirements and ensure all documentation are correct and meets legal obligations. Arrange and co-ordinate all supplier’s of transportation and delivery, report on this monthly to support the finance department for cost analysis. Liaising with internal sites and departments and working cross functionally between Warehouse, logistics and sales. The Successful Applicant Essential Competent user of Microsoft Office software. Two years or more in an administrative role. Sales support experience. GCSE English and Maths Grade or Higher. Customer services experience. Working directly with customers on the phone. Desirable An administrative qualification – e.g. NVQ Business Administration. Knowledge of export processes and documentation. Sage 50/200 and Salesforce CRM. Key Personal Attributes / Behavioural Competencies Confident communicator. Articulate, numerate and literate – fully fluent in English. A methodical and logical approach. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Builds relationships & rapport. Flexibility & adaptability.
