Role Overview: The Sales Support team plays a key role in organising and offering administrative support to the sales team and associated FluidOne business areas. Joining this key part of our organisation, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, which will need review and response within a structured SLA timescale and with excellent attention to detail. You will be confident in effective communication within the Sales Support team, with our extended business operational staff and with a variety of supplier/vendor service contacts. Responsibilities: Supporting the Sales Team with the creation of Sales Quotes/Order forms in an accurate manner and issuing formal order documents to specified client contacts for approval. Ensuring that orders raised are correctly aligned to the provisioning/project teams. Assist Sales and DBAMs with regards to obtaining service and project pricing including special bid/price support applications. Assisting with reporting to sales on out-of-contract client services and collating renewal quotations for them to present. Ensure that financial values associated with Sales Orders raised are correct and reflect the sale accurately. Where required, update and maintain CRM records to a high standard. Assist the wider business audience with effective direction regarding cease actions and client contract information. Assisting with receiving incoming calls to FluidOne and providing professional response and assistance to any questions raised. Requirements: Attention to detail and a proactive approach is crucial to this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. The ability to effectively multitask. Exceptional organisational skills are key to the success of this role. Knowledge of Microsoft Office package is a must. Prior experience with Salesforce and/or CPQ applications would be beneficial.
