As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. You’ll be the backbone of our sales process, providing essential administrative support and contributing to our overall success. Responsibilities: Be the initial point of contact for inbound queries and build lasting relationships with clients. Coordinate IT procurement, stock control, and billing administration. Provide pre-sales advice and support to clients. Process returns requests and undertake ad hoc projects as needed. Requirements: GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and licensing. Strong administration and organisational skills. UK driving license. Relevant industry qualifications. Experience with Microsoft Windows, Exchange Server, and Office Packages. Familiarity with ConnectWise, Quosal, and ISO standards. Skills: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
