To support our growing and diversifying business, we have a new opportunity to join us as a Sales Support Specialist on a permanent, full-time basis reporting directly into our Healthcare Sales Director. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient sales process, championing great customer relationships through administrative and operational support, coordinating educational sales events and being a first point of contact for customer enquiries. You will be part of a small, close-knit team of both employed and self-employed trainers/facilitators, based throughout the UK with a development plan in place to grow and expand in this role to further support our Sales/Account Management team over the first 12 months, with salary reviewed accordingly. Your day to day: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports and managing correspondence. Receiving emails from clients and providing standard quotes, working with Account Managers. Completing flyers and issuing certificates. Setting up Eventbrite meetings. Working with Training Coordinator to find dates and send back to client. Review evaluation and send to client or account manager on a weekly basis. Maintain and update customer databases, handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Involvement and updating of CRM for account managers as appropriate. Update CRM with information sent to client. Attend face-to-face events supporting the coordination. Assist in organising and coordinating large educational events. The ideal candidate: Demonstrable experience in a sales support role, ideally in the education or healthcare sector. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities (essential). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (essential). Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools (desirable). Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. This role is full-time, permanent based at our Reading Office, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the potential to work hybrid once settled in the role.
