Handle customer queries and complaints via the telephone, email and TEAMS, providing prompt and effective solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement. Provide support to the Sales and Operations team when needed to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of orders. Work within a variety of agreed systems and liaise with appropriate personnel. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
