RSK Group is now hiring for a Sales Support Consultant to join the Direct Sales Team. The role will be Hybrid working from home and 1 day per week in the Helsby office with the team. The position can be offered as Full Time or Part Time hours, which can be discussed at the interview stage. Key Responsibilities:

As part of the Sales Support Team but working closely with the Business Development Consultants: Search various portals for new frameworks and opportunities that can be distributed throughout RSK. Record keeping of all distributed frameworks and opportunities onto a central CRM system. Chase feedback from frameworks and opportunities to record their status. Actively maintain information, keeping track of all frameworks RSK has been awarded. Keep up to date with RSK’s developing range of services to ensure all opportunities are maximized. Maintain an organized inbox for frameworks and opportunities, ensuring timely responses. Provide sales support to the Business Development Directors as needed. Consult with the prequalification support team to ensure e-portal profiles are up-to-date. Update e-portal log-in details when required. Provide general sales support to the Business Development Consultants, including arranging sales meetings and occasional reports. Receive daily opportunity notifications from various e-portals and distribute promptly to appropriate RSK teams. Person Specification:

Excellent organization and time management skills. High standard of written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail is paramount. Maintain a professional manner at all times. Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Fully competent in using MS Office, MS Teams, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and the internet for research. Ability to prioritize workload and work independently. Self-motivated and enthusiastic team worker. Confident in sharing innovative ideas. Salary & Benefits:
