What You’ll Bring: HR Connect is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Consultant to provide essential support to our sales and account management teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer orders, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and account managers. What You’ll Achieve: As Sales Support Consultant you will: Troubleshoot customer orders, account statuses, and other related issues Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute sales strategies Stay updated on new product launches and ensure the sales team is fully briefed Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience Make outbound calls to arrange service-review meetings for customers and account managers, in line with the account management SLA Conduct outbound consultative marketing calls to build and maintain relationships with customers and promote HR Connect services Support the transition of prospects into active users by working closely with HR Connect’s operational teams and business support What we Offer: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays An additional day off for your birthday to celebrate as you wish Access to a generous discount scheme, including retail and gym memberships Life assurance coverage Health cash plan initiative Companywide events What We Require: Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively across different departments Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach Experience in a hybrid working environment
