In this hybrid role, you will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, coordinating leasing activities, and ensuring smooth processes throughout the sales and leasing cycles. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts. Coordinate sales activities, and update CRM systems. Assist in preparing sales reports. Manage the leasing process from enquiry to contract, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Listen to calls and grade the quality based on criteria set by management. Check broadband availability for customers, suggesting the best options. Conduct credit checks on customers prior to appointments. Manage the calling in dems line, transforming obtained information into actionable insights. Record and track customer interactions for future reference and analysis. Ensure rescheduled appointments are promptly rebooked, minimising drop-outs. Being in charge of all leasing documentation. Making sure all admin is up to date and completed on time. Filing all paperwork into the CRM system. Working with brokers to ensure the best deal is reached. Chasing customers for key information to process lease. Working with the billing team to ensure we are charging the correct amounts for equipment when leases are not processed or dealt in house. Requirements: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities, deadlines, and last-minute scheduling adjustments. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry. Be part of our journey. Apply now!
