A bit about the role: As a Sales Support Executive with Novatech, you'll provide first-class customer service and support to our Business to Business (B2B) Account Managers and customers. Working closely with our Account Managers, you'll assist with quotes, orders, returns, and other admin tasks to solve problems, keep projects on track and ensure our B2B customers have an exceptional customer experience.

During your initial training period, you'll expand your knowledge and hands-on experience with our products and services. You'll also build relationships across the organisation, working together to deliver the best possible customer journey.

When it comes to career progression, we've got you! You'll get the chance in this role to manage smaller customer accounts, helping to build your sales experience and knowledge. This will set you up perfectly to advance into a sales role. Many of our sales support team members have progressed within just 6 to 12 months! Ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of customer service, you'll need to demonstrate excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. You will be able to problem solve and find solutions when problems arise, sometimes working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Our customers mean everything to us, so you will need a real passion and enthusiasm for providing an amazing customer experience, every time! Our Sales Support Team: Our Sales Support Team is a lively mix of passionate individuals who share a common goal of doing the best for our customers. The team works three days a week in the office, and the rest of the week from home, keeping the team spirit alive with constant contact. There's always a good chat and fun vibes, alongside their passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They can't wait to welcome a new member to the team! What working at Novatech means for you: There are lots of benefits working for us! Due to our non-corporate culture, you get a real chance to be yourself. We have a relaxed dress code, listen to music while we work and champion hybrid working. We are passionate about your wellbeing and like to have fun with our Company get-togethers and team social events. We also love doing things for others with our community volunteering days and charity events. We have good transport links to the office for when you come in, free staff parking and a lockable bike shed for if you drive or ride. Plus, you'll get: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the chance to buy additional days) Health plan scheme Upskilling apprenticeship training Cycle to work Employee Assistance Programme Staff discounts Social and wellbeing events Hybrid working (after training period) A breakout room with a TV, board games, table tennis, a pool table and gaming computers and chill out areas Kitchen and shower facilities About us: Gaming and retail are just a small part of what we do.
